The service

Trip Rescue helps you keep your own record of delivery stops. You enter pickup or delivery details, and the app saves those details with a timestamp and phone location pin. You can review finished stops and copy a summary for your own use.

Trip Rescue does not connect to your delivery-platform account, verify that a delivery happened, decide whether payment is owed, or contact a delivery platform for you. Place and address suggestions can be wrong. Check each summary before relying on or sharing it. Trip Rescue is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uber or any other delivery platform.

Your account and records

Use an account you control and keep its sign-in secure. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of what you enter or share. Only record information needed for your own delivery record. Do not use Trip Rescue while driving.

Your entries remain your content. You allow Trip Rescue to store and process them to provide the service. You can delete a finished stop in the app. If a pickup is linked to a delivery in another stop, delete the delivery stop first. To request account-data deletion, hello@mytriprescue.com.

Trial and subscription

The standard free trial is 3 days. A valid promo code may change the trial length. A card is required at checkout, but the amount due to begin a trial is $0. Checkout shows the exact trial end and first charge date before you finish. An invitation-only complimentary code may instead grant access without a card or subscription.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at $4.99 per month. You can cancel in Account & billing in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end date shown after cancellation. Stripe handles card entry and payment management. Location suggestions

Trip Rescue uses Google Maps to suggest places and addresses. Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can use your own saved text and pin when a suggestion is unavailable or incorrect.

Availability and changes

Trip Rescue needs an internet connection to save and read stops. A phone location fix or place suggestion may be delayed or unavailable. We may update the service and these terms. If a material change affects your subscription, we will provide notice through the service or by email before it applies.
